Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that made-to-order items (such as custom tees or stubby holders) may take up to 3 weeks to be produced before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping options at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet our timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to supplier, postal, or customs issues. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at indiagomusic@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Local pickup in South Australia may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this option.
